REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
VCFC is a limited liability company registered under the laws of Malta bearing company registration number C 54426 and registered address at Quad Central, Q2, Level 10, Triq l-Esportaturi, Birkirkara, Malta CBD 1040. The Company is licensed by the Malta Financial Service Authority (the “MFSA”), as a financial institutionpursuant tothe Financial Institutions Act (Chapter 376 of the laws of Malta) (the “Act”). In terms of its licence, the Company can provide payment services and issuance of electronic money as defined in the Second and Third Schedule of the Actrespectively.
The Company further passports these services to other EU/EEA countries by way of exercise of its freedom to provide services.
