How pricing
is determined

VCFC applies a structured, risk-based pricing model. As part of the onboarding process, each applicant undergoes a comprehensive assessment to determine the appropriate level of regulatory and compliance oversight required.

As regulatory standards and operational costs vary internationally, pricing may differ between jurisdictions.
Service fees are determined based on a combination of factors, including:
  • Country of residence
  • Applicable regulatory requirements
  • Compliance and due diligence obligations
  • Anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring requirements
  • Source and jurisdiction of funds
  • Politically Exposed Person (PEP) status
  • Payment network and infrastructure costs
  • Expected transaction profile and account usage

VCFC maintains continuous compliance monitoring to protect account integrity and meet international standards. Depending on jurisdiction and individual risk profile, personal clients may be required to complete periodic reviews, including personal information updates, source-of-funds verification, transaction monitoring, enhanced due diligence where required, and regulatory reporting obligations.
